I loved the depth of this landscape and the thought that this coyote was the master of his kingdom. Even though the photographer was within eyesight, I imagined the animal alone, listening to the wind, picking up on the scents that blew by. The multi-colored tiers of his surroundings gave such a statement of vastness that it made me envious of his solitude.
